Official Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

This contest is organised by beRank ("the Organiser").

2. Contest Period

The contest begins upon publication of the official contest post on beRank's Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms and closes on:

11 June 2026, 11:59 PM (Malaysia Time)

Any entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

This contest is open only to:

  • Malaysian citizens and permanent residents residing in Malaysia.
  • Individuals aged 18 years and above.
  • Participants with a valid Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account.

Employees of beRank, Hasvier Solutions Sdn. Bhd., and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate

To qualify for the contest, participants must:

  1. Download the beRank mobile application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Sign up and create a beRank account. Registration is completely FREE.
  3. Locate the official contest post published by beRank on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
  4. Comment on the contest post with your prediction of the two teams that will play in the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final.

Example:
England vs France

  1. Submit your prediction before 11 June 2026, 11:59 PM (Malaysia Time).

5. Entry Rules

  • Only ONE prediction per participant is allowed.
  • Multiple entries from the same participant may result in disqualification.
  • Edited comments may be disqualified at the Organiser's discretion.
  • Predictions must clearly identify both finalist teams.
  • Predictions posted on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok official beRank contest posts will be treated equally.

6. Winner Selection

A total of THREE (3) winners will be selected.

Winners will be determined based on:

  1. Correctly predicting the two teams that qualify for the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final.
  2. The timestamp of the prediction comment.

Among all correct predictions, the first three eligible participants who submitted the correct prediction earliest will be declared the winners.

For the avoidance of doubt:

  • "England vs France" and "France vs England" will be considered the same prediction.
  • Only the finalist teams matter; the order does not.

7. Winner Verification

After the FIFA World Cup 2026 finalists are officially confirmed, potential winners will be announced on beRank's official social media channels.

To claim their prize, winners MUST:

  1. Send an email to:
    beRank@hasvier.com.my
  2. Include:
    • Full Name
    • Mobile Number
    • Social Media Username used for the contest entry
    • Registered beRank Account Details (email or mobile number used during signup)
    • Screenshot showing the beRank application installed on their device
    • Screenshot or proof of successful beRank account registration
  3. Respond within fourteen (14) days from the date of winner announcement.

Failure to provide satisfactory proof of beRank app download and account registration within the specified period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Requirement to Download and Sign Up

Downloading and signing up for a beRank account is a mandatory requirement to be eligible for any prize.

Participants who:

  • Have not downloaded the beRank application; or
  • Have not successfully registered a beRank account;

will not be eligible to win, even if their prediction is correct.

Registration on beRank is FREE and does not require any purchase.

9. Disqualification

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

  • Submits false or misleading information.
  • Uses multiple social media accounts or multiple beRank accounts.
  • Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
  • Violates any of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Fails to provide proof of beRank app installation and registration.

10. Prize Acceptance

Prizes are:

  • Non-transferable.
  • Non-exchangeable.
  • Not redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated by the Organiser.

11. Organiser's Rights

The Organiser reserves the right to:

  • Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the contest without prior notice.
  • Verify participant eligibility and entry validity.
  • Make the final decision on all contest-related matters.

The Organiser's decision is final and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

12. Privacy

By participating in this contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information for the purpose of contest administration, winner verification, and prize fulfilment.

13. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in this contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
